Disgraceful customer service with no resolution in sight
I don't even know where to begin. I ordered 2 items in early April to be delivered to Washington DC. I got shipping confirmation and tracking information which I began to follow. The shipment was due to be delivered to my home on April 9 but was put on hold on April 12. As there are many reasons for shipments "on hold" which I understand can often take up to a week, I left it for a week before I started calling mytheresa. Apparently there had been a minor mistake in the address, and R instead of an E. They asked me to rectify this which I did. No confirmation from either mytheresa or dhl confirming the update. I followed up with 2 or 3 emails to both dhl and mytheresa asking for confirmation. Neither responded. I finally called mytheresa again and she tells me there is a protocol and that they go through their customs department and that they cant contact dhl directly! I then took the initiative and called dhl myself and spoke to Maria who told me that she would update the status and that the parcel would be delivered April 28. Sure enough, the status changed but no parcel. They updated it again to April 29. No parcel. I went online today April 30 and the status is back on hold with a location of Cincinnati Ohio! This was where the parcel had been originally processed through customs. I called Dhl again! The customer service guy told me that the matter had been escalated because they can't trace it. At this point I just want my money back. I called mytheresa and told them. I spoke to a representative who told me I would need to wait for a refund until dhl had officially declared the item lost. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and then hung up. I called back and was given the same benign answer and then he proceeded to repeat on the phone what actions mytheresa had taken obviously to ensure they had checked all their boxes and in their own best interest. Customer is definitely not a priority. Mytheresa is efficient when you are purchasing but their follow up is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only will I never purchase from this company again, I would caution anyone to reconsider purchasing from this retailer. They way I have been treated is abominable and their communication via email to me has always been prompted by a call from me. It is NEVER self initiated or proactive. There are a lot of other luxury retail options to spend thousands of dollars that I'll be exercising in the future. Shame on you. All I want now is a return of my money and they are refusing to do this until they work out their own insurance and compensation. I am appalled and still in shock.

Absolute disgraceful site. Tried placing 2 ordered... they cancelled them after taking the payment. When I called they said they needed CC authorisation... which they already had... called again 10 times and no answer. Stay well clear of them. Their customer service when u do get hold of them are absolutely appalling and zero help...

The dumbest website

Cancelled my order 3 times.- stating after extensive research can not process my order for security reasons. Do they not want sales? It makes no sense. What they need to do is research how provide better customer service. The people on the phone were just as dumb as the website. Highly annoyed! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE. Negative 5 stars for the stupidity

If you never care about your money, shop there.

Have shopped for 5 times and decided to quit for their unprofessional practice for pandemic return shipping issue. Get ready to be the buffer for them and the shipping carriers: they would have millions of reasons to make you pay for unwanted items. Mytheresa, you can take my money.

Never got order confirmation

I placed my order during a promotion and days later still never recieved an email confirmation. I emailed customee service and they told me that I never ordered anything and they cant do anything. I know I placed my order that day and now they will not honor the promotion. I will never order from them again.

Missing items

I can't believe I ordered from this company never again. I purchased shoes worth $2100 and was forced to release my signature due to COVID. Item was suppose to be left in front of my door and guess what it was left in the mailing room and items was stollen. I'm so upset!

I was nervous - but I am completely elated with my purchase and with mythersa

I was very nervous about ordering from MyTheresa as the internet had some horrid stories, as well as, some pleasant ones. I rolled the dice and ordered a C. Louboutin crossbody that was sold out on their direct website. I watched as my order was processed, packed, and shipped from Germany to the US. I placed my order on 4/15/21 and I received it 4/19/21. I could NOT be happier with my purchase. The item brand new, in original packaging, boxed with care and luxury. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones - but I will SURELY be buying from them again!

Great store

Right after I ordered some clothes from this store, I started reading reviews and got really worried, but eventually I got my package very quickly and everything was fine. I recommed this store.

Fast shipment

Fast shipment, great service! I received my Gucci belt in less than a week, with the receipts and the dust bag. All perfect. I was a little bit worried when I was ordering but the belt turned out to be authentic. Overall, great experience!

Spoiled Shoes and they are blaming me when the quality they give to their customers is poor

Hi, i ordered two pair of shoes that were dented before and i tried the shoes on my flooring at home during the pandemic which now the Mytheresa team is accusing me of tampering and spoiling the shoes when the other items in the order were returned according to their policies. They cause nothing but distress and their team relay different information all the time. First, i was promised a full return and then they apparently changed their mind. don't shop from here at all. either go to a boutique or shop at Matchesfashion.
Mytheresa senior advisor do not listen and do not take into account the customers viewpoint. The customer service team do not write all information down on the case file and each advisor gives completely different information.

Perfect Flawless Transaction to Canada- And Duty wasn't Bad at all!

I was not sure whether I should order from Myteresa, as I am in Canada, and the payment was in euros. I didn't really know what fees I would be charged when it would arrive in Canada. I took a risk because I really wanted these boots and spent 459 euro total with free shipping (about $730 Canadian) and only had to pay 110 dollars in duty once the shoes arrived in Canada. I received numerous emails and updates and was able to pay the duty online making the transaction super easy! The shoes came beautifully packaged and tracked. It was a flawless transaction and I saved about 700 dollars if I would have bought them in Canada. I saw the same pair of shoes at Saks for 1500:-). I will definitely use this site again! Also, shipping from Europe took literally 4 days! I am one happy customer.

cannot provide any signature or evidence of the delivery taking place apart from the drivers signature
then refuse to help you
my advise go elsewhere many online sellers needing business

Absolutely horrendous service

I ordered two pairs of Maison Margiela sneakers. One of them arrived in the wrong color, and I want to change the size for another pair. I have been trying to arrange an exchange with the customer service (eg asking for reservation) through email, but I haven’t got any response for a few days. This is absolutely unacceptable and infuriating given that they delivered the wrong colour and there is also a time limit for exchange. If CS sees this post, please get in touch immediately to make this right.
